Mitsui Garden Hotel Sendai - Reopening On June 14

I had a fantastic stay, and the value for my money was excellent. The location was super convenient for exploring the area, and the staff were friendly and really helpful with reservations.

Food for breakfast could include more Western options.

This hotel was located in a central area next to the shopping mile and bus stops and all the attractions and eateries. I usually went to Eat to grab a bite...

Pleasant accommodation with amazing setting just off mountain, the center of all the attractions and eateries and bus stops. The rooms were stylish and top-class kept by the amiable staff. Impeccably clean, awesome bathroom. Really comfortable stay, as always.

Wi-Fi was weak.

The breakfast was supposedly good, but the allergen labels were practically non-existent! To add insult, the room was tiny. I expected a complimentary upgrade or something to was nice, but clearly, that was too much to ask for. How disappointing!

Throughout the day staff were polite and very welcoming. The breakfast was above average and great with pastries and fresh juices, as example, you will not be disappointed. The service was good, including a friendly check-in.

Rooms are much smaller than expected!!! Bathroom lacks decent countertops!!! Coin laundry pricing feels excessive, especially given the limited facilities!!!

The restaurant here was great for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. The location was great and incredible, just a short walk away from Kotodai Park.

Ask for a high-floor room for a beautiful view of the city and a quieter stay.

The public bath on the top floor was a highlight, providing a relaxing experience with a touch of traditional Japanese culture. I appreciated the variety of local specialties offered at breakfast, which kept things interesting during my stay. The location was quite convenient since I could easily stroll to various shops and restaurants.

The staff were kind and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. My room was clean, spacious by Japanese standards, and featured a lovely deep tub for relaxation. The central location made it easy to explore nearby shopping and dining options.

Parking garage was full.

We loved the modern vibe and the great location just a short walk to the subway. Had a fantastic view from our room at night, too! Plus, they're really eco-conscious with their amenities.

Just an appropriate option for a quick stopover in Sendai with extraordinarily good value for money. The front desk was impeccably attentive. Make sure to request a high floor for a good view.
